Who we are
VEDASCO® is operated by Vedasco, LDA, registered in Portugal (EU). We are the data controller for personal data collected through vedasco.org. Contact: privacy@vedasco.org
What data we collect
We collect data you provide directly: name, email address, delivery address, and order details when you submit an order request. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and operational purposes.
How we use your data
Order data is used solely to process and fulfil your order and communicate with you about it. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We retain order data for 7 years as required by EU tax law.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing of order data is based on contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server log processing is based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where we request consent for any purpose, you may withdraw it at any time.

Your data is processed and stored within the EU/EEA. We do not transfer personal data to third countries. Our email service provider and hosting provider operate under EU data processing agreements.
