About Vedasco, LDA
These terms govern your use of vedasco.org and purchases from VEDASCO®, operated by Vedasco, LDA (Portugal). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Registered office: Travessa da Reboleira 10, 2700-708 Amadora, Portugal.
Ordering
Orders are submitted via our order request form, which sends your details to orders@vedasco.org. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Prices and payment
All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by EU law. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or card link sent with your order confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Delivery
We ship across the EU and EEA. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within the EU. Orders over €80 qualify for free EU shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Returns and refunds
Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (cooling-off period). To exercise this right, contact hello@vedasco.org. We also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on first-time orders of any formula. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
Product information
VEDASCO® supplements are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They do not replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.
Intellectual property
All content on vedasco.org — including text, photography, design, and brand elements — is the property of Vedasco, LDA and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law and the laws of the European Union. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to EU mandatory consumer protection provisions.
